I am a registered dietitian nutritionist and a clinical exercise physiologist. I teach families, children, adults, and athletes about healthy eating and lifestyle habits, and to have fun moving! I’m especially passionate about heart health and plant based whole foods! Healthy habits are surprisingly easier and less expensive than you might imagine! Together, we will formulate SMART goals that will lead you to success! I have three awesome teenagers, enjoy playing soccer, and running ultramarathons! I look forward to meeting you soon!
