Tasty snack of Greek yogurt!

The Ultrasimple Diet is one that I am testing out, along with my husband, because it looks so great! That's a post for another day. My husband may not agree about how wonderful the diet is, as it's strict to say the least. There is a preparation week (we're doing that now) and it eliminates various substances, such as sugar and high fructose corn syrup. So yogurt, is pretty much out of the question. But wait! Greek versions have very few ingredients! Look for non-dairy Greek yogurt and give this combo a try!

So here is the quick recipe:

Non-dairy yogurt, cup (or try with oatmeal or quinoa!)
Strawberries, handful, sliced
Walnuts, handful
Banana, sliced
Sprinkle of allspice

Mix everything up and enjoy a delightful treat!
